Reign Pit & Bully Kennel Puppy Agreement

 

PUPPY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Buyer understands the lifelong responsibility of owning an American Bully, including emotional and

physical care.

• Buyer has researched the breed and is responsible for knowing state, county, or local restrictions.

• Buyer agrees to provide proper veterinary care, vaccinations, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and safe exercise.

• Buyer will not take the puppy to public places until vaccinations are complete (12–16 weeks).

 

PUPPY AGREEMENT:

• Puppy will be dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, and have its first vaccination at 6–7 weeks. Puppy will remain current on all vaccinations and wormer while in RPBK’s care.

• Buyer will receive ABKC registration paperwork at pickup or by mail.

• “RPBK” must remain in the puppy’s registered name, and the dog must always be represented as an RPBK production.

• Buyer will provide RPBK with yearly updates and photos.

• If the buyer cannot care for the dog, loses the dog, or it is stolen, they must notify RPBK immediately. If buyer can no longer care for the dog RPBK must be notified and given the first right to reclaim the dog at no cost or assist with rehoming. Puppy may never be surrendered to a shelter or rescue without Seller’s consent.

• Buyer agrees the dog will never be used for inhumane, immoral, or illegal purposes.

• While RPBK strives to place show and breeding quality puppies into appropriate homes, RPBK cannot guarantee that any puppy will mature into a show-quality or breeding-quality dog.

• If puppy is being sold as a pet only without breeding rights, Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered by 12 months of age and provide proof to RPBK. Registration papers will be held by RPBK until proof is received.

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price of the puppy at the time of pickup or prior to shipping.

• No puppy will leave RPBK until paid in full.

 

SHIPPING (If Required):

• Buyer pays all shipping costs directly to the pet transporter.

• Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old to ship.

• Shipping will be arranged with mutual agreement and based on transporter availability.

• A health certificate will be provided to the transporter at the time of shipping.

 

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

• Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt.

• If found unhealthy due to a condition attributable to RPBK (confirmed by a licensed veterinarian), puppy will be replaced from the next available breeding—no monetary refund.

• Buyer covers all shipping and vet costs.

• Guarantee does not cover treatable or non-life-threatening conditions.

• RPBK is not responsible for buyer negligence.

 

INCENTIVE TO BUYER:

If the buyer earns a title with the purchased puppy in any sanctioned sport or conformation show, RPBK will provide a free puppy from an upcoming breeding (terms to be mutually agreed upon).

 

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

By submitting full payment, the buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this agreement.

 

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Missouri, with legal actions filed in Cole County, MO.
